- Individual or entity receiving goods via services contracted through ICS.

- Packages collected and delivered on the same date from and to specified locations.
- Shipping Label and Address Sheet
- Essential documentation for each shipment.
- Commercial Invoice or Pro-Forma/Clearance Authorization
- Necessary for non-EU exports/imports, including Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
- Pickup Location & Delivery Location
- Designated addresses for goods collection and delivery.

2. Pre-Contractual Information

3.1 Service Provision by ICS: ICS acts as a connector between users and Transport Agencies through the website, enabling service comparison and contracting.
3.2 Service Contracting: Users must enter precise shipping details, review and choose service options, and register as a Registered User. Pricing information is detailed, excluding consumption taxes which are specified during the selection process.
3.3 Pickup of Goods: After service contracting, a courier will pick up the goods as scheduled. If issues arise, rescheduling is handled via ICS's customer service.
3.4 Delivery of Goods: Goods are delivered according to the stipulated terms, with alternative arrangements for undeliverable shipments.
4. Terms and Conditions of Transport Agencies
Specific conditions of each Transport Agency apply and can be reviewed on their websites or via ICS, taking precedence over the website's published rates except for insurance terms which follow ICS’s policy.
5. Obligations and Rights of ICS
ICS organizes goods collection and delivery, handles user queries and claims through designated channels, and maintains the right to refuse goods based on specified criteria.
6. User Obligations
Users are responsible for ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and compliance with specified shipping requirements. Mislabeling or inadequate information can lead to service refusal, and users must provide accurate data and adhere to legal shipping regulations.
7. Prohibited and/or Damaged Items
Users must ensure their goods are not prohibited; responsibility for checking this lies with them, and consequences of shipping such goods are significant.
